Our crunchy and buttery shortbread is handmade in Belfast by our local baker, Mike.

Ingredients: Wheatflour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Northern Ireland Butter (30%), (Milk, Salt), Sugar. 
Made in a factory that also handles sulphites, barley, soya lecithin and eggs.

Store in a cool dry place.
